Lead Volume Guarantee — Full Terms

The Promise
Premium subscribers will receive at least 3 qualified leads in their first 90 days. If we don't deliver, your subscription is extended free until we do. This is a service extension, not a refund.
Definitions
- Qualified lead
- A lead recorded in our
leadstable withqualification_tier = 'hot'or'warm'at the time of dispatch to your business. Cold leads and spam-flagged leads do not count toward the guarantee. Qualification is determined by our 3-question intake (land ownership, financing status, project timeline). - First 90 days
- 90 calendar days from the
current_period_startof your first paid Stripe invoice. Founding cohort signups: the 90-day window starts from the first paid invoice, not from the moment you reserved your seat. - Extended free until you do
- If fewer than 3 qualified leads have been dispatched to your business by day 90, your subscription continues at $0/month until cumulative qualified leads dispatched reaches 3. On the next billing cycle after the 3rd qualified lead is dispatched, the subscription resumes at the standard rate.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Lead Volume Guarantee, your business must satisfy all of the following continuously throughout the 90-day window:
- Active Premium subscription (founding or standard pricing both qualify)
- SMS consent active (
businesses.sms_consent = true) - Not opted out of SMS at any point during the window (
businesses.sms_opted_out_at IS NULL) - Profile complete: business name, city, state, postal code, and ZIP coverage area set
- Phone number present and valid (E.164 format)
Subscription pauses, downgrades, or cancellations during the 90-day window end the guarantee. If you re-subscribe to Premium afterward, a new 90-day window begins from your new first paid invoice.
Disputes
Lead-count disputes are resolved by reviewing dispatch logs in our lead_dispatches table. Each row records the dispatch timestamp, qualification tier at the moment of dispatch, and delivery status. Reach out to support@polebarnfinder.com to open a review. We'll respond within 2 business days.
What This Is Not
- Not a refund. The remedy is a free service extension, not a return of paid funds.
- Not a guarantee of conversion. The guarantee covers lead volume, not lead-to-job close rate. Closing the homeowner is on you.
- Not retroactive. Leads delivered before your Premium subscription began do not count.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the moment your Premium subscription begins is the version that governs your guarantee. We'll archive prior versions and post a changelog if terms change materially.
