SMS Notifications

We send transactional SMS messages to builders who have explicitly opted in. SMS data is handled as follows:

• We collect mobile phone numbers only from builders who opt in during listing claim
• Phone numbers are used solely for lead notifications — never for marketing
• We retain consent records (timestamp, IP, exact consent language shown) for audit
• Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to send lead notifications via our SMS provider (Twilio Inc.)
• Builders can opt out at any time via the STOP keyword, dashboard, or email
• We honor opt-out requests within 24 hours
